    The Spa is located in the Concentra Urgent Care Building at the corner of the Warwick Mall parking lot. Google mistakenly places the Spa in the Mall which is incorrect. Please zoom the map and note the location of the urgent care building in the corner of the parking lot and navigate to the Urgent Care building if you are unfamiliar with the building’s location.
